この法人は、広く児童や障がい児、障がい者、不登校児、ひきこもり者、高齢者など地域住民に対する生活支援、就労支援、交流促進、情報教育、学習機会の提供を行う。さらに地域に住む全ての住民へ福祉及び社会福祉の増進と充実、相互理解を図り、誰もが暮らしやすい社会の実現に寄与し、広く公益に貢献することを目的とする。
