These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") define the conditions for using "Toneriko" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Hiromi Goto (hereinafter "the Operator"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
1.Service Description
The Service allows you to search and view information about NPOs, civic organizations, and local support activities. Main features include:
- Searching organization information by keyword, tag, and region
- AI-powered natural language search matching
- Clipping (favoriting) organization information
- Generating and printing flyers with QR codes
- Submitting organization registration requests
2.About AI-Generated Information
This Service contains information generated by AI (artificial intelligence). AI-generated information is provided for reference only. For accurate information, please contact each organization directly.
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated information. AI-generated information is tagged with labels such as "AI-collected."
3.Data Sources & Accuracy
Organization information listed on the Service is primarily sourced from public databases including the Cabinet Office NPO Portal, CANPAN, and gBizINFO. While the Operator strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of information. If you find errors in listed information, please contact info@toneriko.net.
4.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using the Service:
- Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on servers
- Mass data collection using automated tools (scraping)
- Registering false organization information
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Service content for commercial purposes
- Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Operator
5.Disclaimer
- The Operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.
- The Service is operated as a personal project. Service content may be changed, temporarily suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
- The Operator assumes no responsibility for the activities or service quality of listed organizations. Contacting and using organizations is at your own discretion and risk.
6.Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights for illustrations, designs, programs, and other content on the Service belong to the Operator. However, source data for organization information is subject to the terms of use of each respective provider.
7.Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on this page.
8.Donation Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds are available in the following cases:
- Excessive charges due to incorrect amount entry
- Duplicate payments
- Unauthorized transactions (fraud, etc.)
To request a refund, please contact info@toneriko.net. Refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
About Monthly Support:You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, future charges will stop. Refunds or prorated refunds for payments already made are not available.
9.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising from the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's place of residence shall serve as the exclusive court of first instance.
